PALM YAZDANI
WEBSITE INFORMATION

Your project information.
Handled transparently.

This page describes the current website experience. Last updated November 1, 2026.

Project inquiry forms

The current service forms process the information you enter in your browser so you can review, edit, and download a project brief. They do not currently send that information to Palm Yazdani or save it in a website database.

Downloads and your device

When you choose Download Inquiry, the website creates a text file on your device. You control where that file is saved and whom you choose to share it with. The current form experience does not intentionally save entries in browser local storage.

Technical website information

The website hosting provider may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as network requests and access logs. This website does not add an analytics or advertising tracking script to the current experience.

External resources

County guides link to third-party government resources. Those websites operate under their own policies. Reference photography and design inspiration are illustrative; property images do not establish a business relationship with the property owner.

Changes and contact

CONTACT US

Property management portal

The management portal stores property, unit, resident, lease, maintenance, vendor, expense, and rent ledger records in a hosted database. It uses Sign in with ChatGPT and restricts management data to the site owner’s account. Records are linked to that account’s site-specific identifier. Changes and voided financial entries are retained in an audit history.

The statements above about downloadable public inquiry forms apply to those forms only. Management records are saved online across sessions. Avoid entering Social Security numbers, bank credentials, or payment card information. External document links retain the access rules of their file provider. Payment entries record receipts and do not process funds.

Client billing and shared invoices

The admin billing area stores client contact information, itemized invoices, payment records, and sending activity. Issued invoices can be shared using unique links. Anyone with a link can view that invoice; an admin can replace the link or void the invoice to revoke access. Public invoice views omit client email, phone, internal identifiers, and sender credentials.

Sharing through an email or text app prepares a message that the admin reviews and sends. When direct delivery is configured and used, the selected sending provider receives the recipient and invoice message. Provider acceptance does not confirm final delivery. Payments are recorded manually and do not charge clients or transfer funds.

Customer concierge and consultations

The website concierge provides service information and can prepare an appointment request. When AI is enabled, questions and recent conversation messages are sent to OpenAI to generate a response. Do not include financial, medical, or other sensitive information in chat. When AI is not connected, the concierge is labeled as a service guide and uses predefined service information.

Appointment requests store the contact details, service, preferred time, property location, and notes you submit. The site owner can review and manage these requests. A submitted request is not a confirmed appointment, and automatic appointment email or text delivery is not connected. Basic request limits use temporary hashed network identifiers to reduce abuse; these entries expire after the request window.
